The Shadow work in Healing

Admitting the truth about ourselves and the roles we take in creating our own problems is vital for our healing and ensures we do not repeat disempowering experiences in our lives

Our attitudes and belief systems, whether positive or negative, carry all extensions of how we define, use, or do not use; power

Energy information is ALWAYS truthful. Somebody can verbally agree with you, however their energy will reflect what they really think and feel

Shadow work can look like acknowledging the patterns we regularly attract and accept and how such CHOICES define our human experience in the world. It's important to reflect and identify wether such patterns are something we wish to continue based on our values, desires, emotions and goals. Shadow work is about owning and accepting the parts of ourselves we don’t necessarily like, so we are able to authentically work on ourselves

Our biological and spiritual systems always seek to express and receive truth, and will always find a way to do so. What is your truth??
