If you’re unsure which service to choose, we recommend booking the 90-Minute Initial Consultation & Bodywork session — this allows time to explore what’s present for you and tailor the treatment accordingly. Our pricing is structured around time rather than modality, so your session is always shaped to your individual needs.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with location details, preparation guidance, and any relevant intake forms.
If you are booking a yoga class, you can view the full timetable and reserve your spot online. Class passes and memberships are available for those wishing to practice regularly.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life moves and schedules change.
Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 12 hours prior to their session time without financial penalty. Changes can be made easily through your booking confirmation email.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment may incur the full session fee.
Payment Options:
You are welcome to pay securely online at the time of booking, or you may choose to pay at the studio on the day of your appointment.
